Storage Tips

Choosing a reliable storage facility

Security and accessibility are two common concerns when choosing a storage facility. Most storage companies offer 24/7 surveillance and require a pass code in order to get in. Many offer 24-hour access as well, but some restrictions apply.

Finding the right sized unit

Consider what you need to store. If you are storing mostly boxes and bins of seasonal or holiday items, you should consider a smaller sized unit. If you need to store furniture or yard equipment, you may need a medium to large sized unit. Some units are large enough to store boats and vehicles.

Climate controlled units

If you wish to store items that need protection from extreme heat or cold, you will need to find a climate controlled unit. These units are typically a little more expensive, but will provide the protection your items need.
